The 61st edition of the world’s most important bodybuilding competition, Mr. Olympia 2025, will be held at Resorts World Las Vegas from Thursday, October 9 to Sunday, October 12. This event, organized by the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB), will bring together the best physiques on the planet in multiple categories. The highlight of the weekend will be the Mr. Olympia Open, the premier division with no weight limit, whose pre-judging and finals will take place on Saturday, October 11.
The event officially kicks off on Thursday, October 9, with the highly anticipated official press conference featuring the top contenders for the title. On Friday, October 10, the preliminary and final rounds of several divisions will be held, including 212, Wellness, Figure, and Ms. Olympia. The current Ms. Olympia champion, Andrea Shaw, will seek to secure her sixth consecutive crown, cementing her status as a legend of the sport.
Reigning Mr. Olympia Open champion Samson Dauda returns to defend his title against strong contenders, including former champions Hadi Choopan and Derek Lunsford, who are looking for redemption. Saturday, the 11th, will be the key day, with pre-judging in the most popular categories, such as Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, and Bikini, culminating in the exciting Mr. Olympia Open final.
For international fans, the only official way to follow all the action LIVE is through the Olympia TV streaming platform on a pay-per-view (PPV) basis, with the full package costing $74.99. This PPV is compatible with multiple devices and offers access to pre-judging, the finals of the 11 divisions, and events such as Meet the Olympians and the Champions Seminar on Sunday, October 12.
Although no traditional television channel has been confirmed for live broadcast, the official platform guarantees complete coverage of the elite event from Las Vegas. The total prize pool for this edition is estimated to be between $1.5 and $2 million, confirming Mr. Olympia as the biggest weekend in world bodybuilding.
