Fans can catch all the action live on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV. The Conference Semifinals will take place on Saturday, November 23 and Sunday, November 24, leading up to the Conference Finals on November 30th and December 1st. All this will end on the MLS Cup Final on December 7.
